Meet Sarah Dunning
Hello, I’m Sarah Dunning, Founder and CEO of Virtually Yours by Sahara Jean, LLC. I created my business to provide small-business owners with the dependable, experienced support they need to stay organized and operate with confidence.
I bring more than 20 years of professional experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, office management, and executive administrative support. Throughout my career, I have managed financial records, processed invoices and payments, reconciled bank and credit card accounts, supported payroll, maintained organized filing systems, communicated with vendors and customers, and helped keep busy offices running efficiently.
I use financial software including QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and QuickBooks Accounting, Oracle NetSuite, Bill.com, and Great Plains, along with billing portals such as Procore, Textura, and Autodesk. I'm comfortable working across multiple systems and quick to adapt to whatever a client is already using.

Why I Started Virtually Yours
After many years of helping businesses manage their accounting and administrative responsibilities, I wanted to use my experience to build something of my own while helping other business owners succeed. Virtually Yours by Sahara Jean, LLC allows me to provide personalized support, develop long-term professional relationships, and make a meaningful difference in the daily operations of the businesses I serve.
